2. Purpose of the Website

The website is intended to provide general information about Boonscale, its services, projects, articles, testimonials, contact options, and quote requests.

The information on the website is provided for informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing on the website should be considered a binding commitment to provide a specific service, achieve a specific result, or offer a final price, unless a separate agreement has been signed between Boonscale and the client.

3. Services Offered

Boonscale may offer, among other things, the following services:

WordPress website development, business websites, landing pages, custom web development, user interface design, Elementor customization, website maintenance, speed optimization, basic website security, organic SEO, content optimization, third-party tool integrations, hosting support, and technical management services, according to the proposal agreed with the client.

The scope of service, price, delivery times, payment terms, and warranty conditions will be defined separately in a quote, work agreement, invoice, or another engagement document.

4. Submitting Details and Contacting Us

When submitting details through the website, the user agrees to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false, incomplete, or unauthorized details of another person is prohibited.

Submitting details through the website does not obligate Boonscale to provide a service, send a quote, or accept a project. Boonscale may choose not to provide a service at its own discretion, subject to applicable law.

5. Quotes and Payments

Any price displayed on the website, if displayed, is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A personalized quote will be sent to the client according to their needs, the scope of work, project complexity, delivery time, required additions, and third-party services.

Prices may not include domain registration, hosting, templates, paid plugins, licenses, fonts, images, external tools, third-party services, or VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the proposal.

Payment terms, payment dates, deposits, milestone payments, and final payments will be defined in the agreement or quote provided to the client.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Delays

Once work on a project has started, cancellation by the client may require payment for work already performed, working hours, preparation, planning, design, development, third-party purchases, or any other costs actually incurred.

Significant changes to the client’s requirements, additions not included in the original proposal, changes in design direction after approval, adding pages, features, or integrations may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

Delays in providing materials by the client, such as texts, images, website access, hosting details, approvals, or feedback, may delay the completion date of the project.

7. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing Boonscale with all materials, permissions, and information required to perform the work.

The client confirms that any content, image, logo, video, text, trademark, or other material provided to Boonscale is either owned by the client or legally authorized for use by the client.

Boonscale will not be responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights violations resulting from materials provided by the client.

8. SEO and Website Promotion Services

SEO services are intended to improve the website’s structure, content, performance, and organic visibility in search engines.

The client understands that organic search performance depends on many factors that are not under Boonscale’s control, including search engine algorithm changes, market competition, the condition of the website, content quality, domain age, external links, and third-party actions.

Boonscale does not guarantee a specific ranking on Google, first-page placement, a specific number of visits, leads, sales, or revenue, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

9. Hosting, Maintenance, and Third-Party Services

Where Boonscale provides or assists with hosting, domain management, plugins, templates, email systems, payment systems, or other third-party services, those services are also subject to the terms and policies of the relevant external providers.

Boonscale is not responsible for malfunctions, downtime, price changes, policy changes, security issues, technical limitations, or service interruptions caused by external services that are not under its control.

In the case of website maintenance, the scope of service will be defined in advance. Maintenance does not necessarily include new development, fixing issues caused by third parties, recovery after a security breach, handling external hosting issues, or design changes, unless stated otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Boonscale website, including texts, design, structure, graphics, logo, images, code, ideas, work methods, and original deliverables, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights, unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, translate, publicly display, or make commercial use of website content without prior written approval from Boonscale.

For client projects, usage rights to deliverables will be transferred to the client according to the agreement signed between the parties and subject to full payment. General components, base code, work methods, internal templates, tools, or components previously developed by Boonscale will remain the property of Boonscale, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Prohibited Use of the Website

Users agree not to use the website for any illegal, harmful, abusive, or damaging purpose, including attempting to hack the website, inject viruses, perform automated scraping, overload the server, copy content, send spam, impersonate another person, or interfere with the website’s operation.

Boonscale may block access to users, IP addresses, or parties that misuse the website or act in violation of these terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Boonscale makes reasonable efforts to present accurate, clear, and up-to-date information on the website. However, errors, inaccuracies, missing information, or outdated information may appear.

Use of the website and reliance on the information available on it is at the user’s own responsibility. Boonscale will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of relying on website information, using the website, website unavailability, technical failure, data loss, or actions by third parties.

13. Links to External Websites

The website may include links to external websites, tools, platforms, or services. These links are provided for the user’s convenience only.

Boonscale is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security, availability, or conduct of external websites and services.

14. Privacy

Use of the website may involve submitting personal information, such as name, phone number, email address, message content, and other details the user chooses to provide.

The use of personal information, where collected, is subject to the website’s Privacy Policy. We recommend reading the Privacy Policy carefully before submitting any personal details.

15. Changes to the Website and Terms of Use

Boonscale may change, update, add, or remove content from the website at any time and without prior notice.

Boonscale may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The binding version is the version published on the website at the time of use. Continued use of the website after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
