You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload on your Boonscale-hosted website.

However, you agree not to use Boonscale to host, publish, or share content that:

• Violates any law or regulation

• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats

• Promotes violence, terrorism, or discrimination

• Infringes upon intellectual property rights

• Includes malware, phishing, or any harmful code

• Involves pornography or sexually explicit material

Boonscale reserves the right to remove content or suspend access without notice if it violates these rules.

4. Payment and Billing

Boonscale operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees, in accordance with the pricing published on the site

• Authorize Boonscale to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

• Ensure that your payment details remain up to date

Boonscale may suspend or delete your account and website for unpaid invoices or failed payments.

5. Refund Policy

Boonscale offers a 4-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases. After that period, all payments are non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for:

• Partial months of service

• Downgrades or unused features

• Suspension or termination due to Terms violations

6. Intellectual Property

All platform-related content (excluding user content), including design, code, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Boonscale or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Boonscale grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform only as intended.

7. Termination and Suspension

Boonscale may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, especially if:

• You breach these Terms

• You fail to pay for your subscription

• You use the service for illegal or harmful purposes

Upon termination, your access to your websites and any associated data may be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to back up your content regularly.

8. Uptime and Availability

While Boonscale aims to offer high uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

Boonscale is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business due to service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boonscale shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Any loss of profits, data, or business interruption

• Content posted or created by users

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boonscale, its owners, partners, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service

• Any content you publish

• Your violation of these Terms

11. Changes to Terms
